Who are we?

In the early 1980's, a group of women decided to start up a Bowling Club for ladies who achieved the recognition of bowling a sanctioned 600 series in either League or tournament play. Those bowlers who met this requirement would have the opportunity to join the local 600 Club, named the Mid-Hudson Valley Women's 600 Bowling Club or MHV 600 Club for short! The MHV 600 Club charter was based on the National and 600 600 Club formats requiring a minimum of one singles tournament a year, where women could bowl against other women bowlers who also had bowled a 600 in their careers.

How to join?

If you are not a member of the MHV 600 Club, but are a member of an existing 600 Club (Newburgh or other local, NYS, CT, NJ State 600 Club or National), you can become a member of the MHV 600 Club by providing one of those membership numbers and paying a MHV 600 membership fee of $5.00, which is good for 2 years. If you do not belong to any 600 Club, you will need to provide proof of the sanctioned 600. Acceptable proof of 600 Honor Scores are a score print-out from bowl.com, a letter from your League Secretary with the date of the 600 series, or a print-out from the League Secretary showing the Bowler's history with the 600 series. If your 600 predates these options, please contact Nancy Bedore, ncb_1116@msn.com to discuss other options.
